Also this on the news: 

A man wielding a knife reportedly attacked a group of police officers patrolling the streets of Avignon in southeastern France. The officers opened fire, killing the assailant.

The reported attack took place at approximately 11:15 local time. According to French media, the alleged attacker shouted, "Allahu akbar," as he lunged at the officers.  

The incident took place shortly after an attack at the basilica in the Norte-Dame area of Nice in which three people were killed by a man armed with a knife.

its so shocking and terrifying.i watch the news just yesterday.i couldn't stop wondering how safe  someone can really be in satan's world.

why does  it seem like the french state Nice is particularly an epicenter of terrorist attack.ive also heard of previous terrorist attacks reported from there.should one feel concern that the brothers living there could be in danger too ?

I think the location of Nice has a lot to do with it.  It's on the southern coast, along the French Riviera, and near to Marseilles a major port.  It's also just a short train ride from Italy.  So one can easily jump from Africa or the Middle East, through Italy, and then in Nice. And it is such a cultural melting pot because of this.   Just my own observations...

That and Europe has a very open boarder policy. It's one of the reasons Britian wanted out, fear of terrorism and to have full right of control over its boarders. (Though, I've read Britian always had that, but the argument was used as a form of propaganda to encourage Brexit.)
