Hello dear brothers, do any of you know where the downloaded files are stored? I can't find the videos, publications and MP3s. Can any of you help me?  Many thanks in advance. In brotherly bond. Ricardo

Did anyone figure this out?

Maybe install a file into JW Library from jw.org (noting the file name), and then search for that file in MacOS?

(Or just note the name of a file on jw.org that you have already installed in JW Library, and search for that?)

The conclusion of the matter, everything having been heard, is: Fear the true God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole obligation of man. Ec 12:13

/users/your-name/Library/Containers/JW Library/Data/Library

Then “Publications” and “Media”.

I remember trying to delete the huge 2014 Annual Meeting file a while back, because it was crashing JW Library. Simply deleting the file didn’t work and I had to reinstall JW Library.

I don’t know if it is a bug or a ‘Hide certain Files’ setting but the JW Library folder does seem to pop in and out of visibility!

Try changing the view type (icons, list, columns, …) to see if it will show for you.

I noticed that once the JW Library folder is selected, its name in the header is changed to a string of hex? characters.

Found the solution. Thank you so much Brother.

I have to unhide hidden files (CMD+Shift+.)
