JW Library backup issue

HI. This is a help request.

I am trying to create a backup for my Personal Study notes on my Samsung tablet. I want to email to my other devices.

Problem is, it keeps creating  a back for the German sign language app?? This will not install anyway. I can't find any way to deal with this

Can any one help?

I have resolved this by deleting the sign language app on the receiving device. Now the back up  works as it should. Haven't found the reason but I don't actually do German sign language!

Eoin, it sounds like the backup was done correctly but the receiving device was opening it with the wrong app.

Right. Must have defaulted incorrectly. I could have reset this by finding the "Open with" option from the downloaded file. Next time.....
