If ever you come to South Australia We have to take you out to this place it has 1kg steak grade 8 marbling, fries and veggies and salad if you manage to eat it all its free

Food is really big over here in fact people ask "Are you a foodie" then chat about food and wine for the next hour or so wheres the best place for this or that.

You sound pretty slim to me,I"m 19.5 stone( 273 lbs) but been heavier & couldn't eat more than the double bypass burger,we have an American style diner here called ed"s easy diner,but it doesn"t serve American size portions,I thought that menu was a joke until I saw the photo"s of the diner

Yes, their breakfasts are good.  When we stayed at Travelodge in Wakefield, we used to go to The Six Chimneys for breakfast!

 

I like the piri-piri half chicken too!   Salivating as I write this!

Occasionally I have caught part of "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" on TV and I am always amazed at the size of the dinners people eat in USA.  No wonder the crowds at the baseball games I watch are so big! (Individually speaking.)

There is a show that we get over hear called Man Vs food and it is disgusting the sizes of the portions he eats.

No wonder America is getting fat.

I've seen that tv program a couple of times & i'm amazed that the bloke eating so much food isn't around  25 stone(350lb)or heavier,he must work out very often or have a fantastic metabolism

The restaurant adjoining the Super 8 Motel, located in the lobby of their casino, across the poker machines from their brewery, is pretty good...

Just saw a show from Vegas ( World Pizza Games ). One place featured "Heart Attack Grill" - lots of meat, bacon, cheese and extra fat. About 8 to 9,000 calories. Oink Oink Jerry
