Interesting that although 13 members voted for the ceasefire, the US vetoed it and the UK abstained. 

Seems like the 2 horns are not completely in agreement, but the one won't go completely against the other.

One of the articles that I read explained why the US vetoed it. They think it's just a temporary solution and would just give Hamas an opportunity to recover and regroup. The US is supporting what it thinks is a more permanent solution and is supporting the war. Wow. I'm really surprised to see that this close to the presidential election.

Remembering that the ones that sent walked with Jesus, and both who sent and were sent were anointed with the Holy Spirit in a way clearly seen by everyone.

 

Jehovah's word says that a noble-minded person carefully examines the Scriptures daily to see whether these things are so. And nobody should be shocked by that.

I think by the time we get direction on doing something that seems unwise from a human standpoint (placing ourselves between the Egyptian armies and the Red Sea kind of moment)  we will not be doubting the source of the information.

If I remember rightly, in one of Bro E K Jonathan’s books, the brothers are shown a video supposedly from the GB (done by AI) but they were not fooled because the makers of the video didn’t get the wording right and (if I remember correctly) it was things like ‘Ladies and gentlemen’ that gave it away!

 

Also, I have just finished reading Bro Thomas Walker’s book  Set Free.  In it, when the brothers are in prison, there is a part where the warden says – talking about the GB: “They’re all gone.  Our investigators say that they’ve absconded with millions of dollars, stolen from your donations”.  Of course, again, the brothers immediately knew this was false.
