This does not seem to me to be official of Jehovah's organization. However, is it common and acceptable in the US for friends to make and post this content on their own initiative on YouTube?

 

My weak English doesn't help me much to know what it is about either. 😅

I remember seeing it before...when urban cart witnessing was first being introduced.

 

Maybe it is from one of the early monthly JW Broadcasting broadcasts? 🤫

What would lead you to this conclusion? Is it the fuzzy quality of a YouTube compression? There are many of these all over YouTube as various ones ignore the terms of use of this material.

 

This one is a genuine news report that still is available on jw.org.
