transcript :

for the goats their first bit of safety kit is inbuilt. Both the male and female goats have got horns and of course the

males used them a lot for fighting but horns are actually so thick they can cushion a full bit like my helmet really and also they extend quite a long way

over the back of the neck so it gives them frightful protection there as well

Corns and calluses are caused by friction and pressure from repeated actions

People with certain medical conditions, such as diabetes, should neither go barefoot nor let calluses build up, said Dr. Jane Andersen. She's a podiatrist and chair of the communications committee for the American Podiatric Medical Association.

People with nerve damage or poor blood circulation to the feet -- from diabetes or other medical conditions -- should see a foot doctor regularly and, if needed, have calluses trimmed, Andersen said. Calluses can lead to ulcers in those cases.

People with nerve-damaged feet also need to wear shoes, she said. That reduced sensation means they may not notice any cuts or other injuries they'd get while walking barefoot.

Mildness shouldn't be seen as a weakness.

next word : weakness

Spoiler

*** it-2 p. 399 Mildness ***
A New Testament Wordbook, by William Barclay, says of the adjective pra·ysʹ: “In classical Greek this is a lovely word. Of things it means ‘gentle’. It is used, for instance, of a gentle breeze or a gentle voice. Of persons it means ‘mild’ or ‘gracious’. . . . There is gentleness in praus but behind the gentleness there is the strength of steel . . . It is not a spineless gentleness, a sentimental fondness, a passive quietism.”

The place hardest-hit by a powerful tornado that tore through rural Mississippi appeared to be Rolling Fork, a Delta town where flooding and tornadoes have long been concerns.

Rolling Fork is a predominantly Black town of about 2,000 people  near the Mississippi and Yazoo Rivers. A 1/5 of the population live under the federal poverty line, and the town’s residents face the risk of flooding should the backwater levees along the Yazoo fail. Many also live in mobile homes, a particular concern when severe weather strikes.

In the Bible the words translated “spirit” (Hebrew, ruʹach; Greek, pneuʹma) basically mean “breath.”

next word : Bible, biblical

Spoiler

*** ie* What Happens to the Soul at Death? ***

12 ....Thus, instead of “his spirit goes out,” the translation by R. A. Knox uses the phrase “the breath leaves his body.” (Psalm 145:4, Knox) But the word “spirit” implies much more than the act of breathing. For example, in describing the destruction of human and animal life at the time of the global Deluge, Genesis 7:22 says: “Everything in which the breath of the force of life was active in its nostrils, namely, all that were on the dry ground, died.” So “spirit” can refer to the life-force that is active in all living creatures, both humans and animals, and that is sustained by breathing.
