There is another position of the second comma that completely changes the sentence. Try it.

Yes ... so true. I think they have a 'sixth' sense for that—which doesn't require yelling out per se to the wiley and untrustworthy bipeds who are constantly encroaching on their communities. 

 

This intelligence comes from cats I've gotten chummy with over the years, who have infiltrated the upper echelons of the Global Association of Squirrels For a Sustainable Earth, an organization formed not long after our industrial age in which the squirrel community saw an alarmingly explosive growth of human activity threatening their way of life. 🤓

This illustrates how a comma can completely change the meaning of a sentence. There are a few scriptures that fall into that category. Luke 23:43; John 8:58; 2 Peter 1:1; Titus 2:13, to name a few.

While I agree with this sentiment and I understood the exercise with the sentence and the commas ... since the title of this thread is "A Good Joke", I'm not sure it fits the definition of a "joke" ...
