"ROME (AP) — Pope Francis has formally approved allowing priests to bless same-sex couples, with a new document explaining a radical change in Vatican policy by insisting that people seeking God’s love and mercy shouldn’t be subject to “an exhaustive moral analysis” to receive it."

It's in the Declaration "Fiducia Supplicans" On the Pastoral Meaning of Blessings that was released today, in particular Section III: 'Blessings of Couples in Irregular Situations and of Couples of the Same Sex', paragraphs 31 to 41.

Not surprised. This pope is very supportive of UN promoted policies and ideologies isn't he? Isn't that what Revelation said of Babylon the Great? That she'd be riding the Scarlet Beast before that very same beast would completely consume her.

In truth the Pope is a foolish and Puerile old man who makes Outrageous statements that purport something truthful but are misleading. What he says is spiritually of no value, it is pointless and is leading  adherents to disaster. Surely, from a spiritual viewpoint he is Emptyheaded.
