Do we know how old the latest members are?

Here is what we are told.

"Brother Jedele began his full-time service in 1989 and Bethel service in 1990. Brother Rumph began his full-time service in 1995 and Bethel service in 2020."

Based on that limited data we could guess that they are in their middle 50s.

Reasoning method: Jedele started full-time service when he was 19 or 19 years old.  That would make birth year in 1970.  Then current age would be 54 or 55.

We talk here about leaks, someone on the roster who speaks English leaked the letter sent to the elders with October announcements in the Facebook group Jehovah's Witnesses and Friends, I have the print and the link.

Unfortunately, it is a fact that there are elders working against Jehovah God in our midst.

Would any of the friends know which committee each Governing Body member serves on? I know of a few senior ones.

Stephen Lett and Mark Sanderson serve on the Coordinators Committee.
Gerrit Lösch is on the Staff Committee.
Mark Sanderson also serves on the Service Committee.
Samuel Herd serves on the Publishing Committee.
Stephen Lett and Geoffrey Jackson serve on the Teaching Committee.
David Splane, Geoffrey Jackson, and Kenneth Cook Jr. serve on the Writing Committee.

If I am not mistaken, the last four helpers who were appointed members of the Governing Body, Gage Fleegle, Jacob Rumph, Jode Jedele, and Jeffrey Winder, served on the Service Committee when they were helpers.

Since 2006, JWTalk has proved to be a well-moderated online community for real Jehovah's Witnesses on the web. However, our community is not an official website of Jehovah's Witnesses. It is not endorsed, sponsored, or maintained by any legal entity used by Jehovah's Witnesses. We are a pro-JW community maintained by brothers and sisters around the world. We expect all community members to be active publishers in their congregations, therefore, please do not apply for membership if you are not currently one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
