US Gas prices - up or down?

Where's @Tortuga? Maybe Richard can offer insights.

I had to Google it but there hasn't been a new oil refinery built in the US in nearly 50 years. But that doesn't determine the total gasoline production. Refineries can expand their capacity and gasoline production. So if you decide to research it, look for the total gasoline production each year over the last few years.

I'm curious whether there have not been any new refineries built in the US by anyone or just the US.

There may not be any. I'm just curious if there is any spin involved in how these are worded.

Phillipians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well-spoken-of, whatever things are virtuous, and whatever things are praiseworthy, continue considering these things.

I don't have that answer but I know that the number of refineries won't give you an accurate idea of how much gasoline is available in the US if that is what you are looking for.

Did you all catch this: president signed an executive order to the E.P.A. to release E15 Ethanol gas in all the gasoline, reg, mid grade and premium %15 more.  Some gas stations gasoline have been diluted besides Ethanol. Like water in their fuel holding tanks.  But for those with older vehicles engines can't take Ethanol.  Smaller engines are affected too, like lawnmower, sailboats and small fishing boats eith small engines.  In order for the car to run, it must be kept on full.  But it won't feel full cause it cuts your fuel in half.  If you got 35 miles pergallon before after May 1st until the end of this system your mileage will shrink to 20 miles per gallon.  Corn whiskey.  Perhaps you can find Ethanol busters.  A brother told me to look for Lucas Sageway Ethanol stabilizer.  I need to keep a few on hand.  Add it to my vehicle once every couple of weeks.  Don't need my fuel lines and bushings drying up or corroded gas line and gas tank. Water doesn't run in my car's veins!

Please research that when you can. Gas stations generally do everything they can to prevent water in the tanks because it can become very expensive for them.
