Earlier today, received message from brother in North Texas about some cong north of Dallas being warned of civil unrest and possible rioting for Sat 5th.  Didn't get any more information, until I saw above.  Never know, when or where things will happen.

Usually the branch sends out a warning to the local brothers when they want us to warn the friends.

Thanks for the info. The site has a map of all the planned protests. There is one planned in our area, downtown. I guess I won't be going downtown for lunch after the meeting.

I looked at the map and found a protest planned nearby. Won't affect us, but will stay alert.

We have attendant training/security meeting for the local Kingdom Hall this afternoon. Joint meeting with all 3 congregations. I'll be fortunate to squeeze in a lunch anywhere.

We’ve been dealing with this at my assignment. It’s been “non-violent” so far. We haven’t had to leave though. No change in direction either, so we just remain vigilant and alert as possible.
