That's good because it saves taxpayers money.

(I’ll answer both)

 

That’s good because by whatever alternative means Marvin has to use the colors, will take less taxpayer money, and be less harmful to the environment.

Leviticus 19:18: “‘You must not take vengeance nor hold a grudge against the sons of your people, and you must love your fellow man as yourself.”

That's bad because Marvin's favorite color is traditional Paris Green and some yellows and blues made with arsenic and not good for the environment at all ...

That’s good, because his sister in law is environmentally conscious, and Azo Yellow was used, along with Phthalo Blue, so those would not be the issues.

That's bad, because the use of the Phthalo blue reminded them of Bob Ross and they became sad remembering that he is no longer alive.

That's good, because this sadness was noticed by Jehovah's Witnesses when they knocked on his door. They reassured him Bob will not likely be gone forever because of the resurrection hope found in God's word.
