I would like to share an Android app created with the help of many testers from around the world-wide web 🙂

jwlFission is for viewing the subtitle files associated with videos in JW Library and on JW.ORG.

It allows:

  • Saving/sharing the subtitle file locally

  • Copying a portion of the text to clipboard

  • Switching to another available language

  • Generating a link to a portion of the video

If you toggle off the timestamps and save/share the file, you will have a (simple) transcript.

Instructions/how to use

Get it from the Play Store (search for "org.infiniti.jwlfission.android" if "jwlFission" doesn't find it) or from the project repo.

Feel free to offer suggestions/bug reports/criticism here or as an issue on GitHub or via email.
