Since science says we carry Neanderthal DNA today, in going to say not Nephilim. 

 

Hybrids typically are sterile. Mules are an example. 

 

How large a sample size over how many years are necessary for a species to leave enough evidence to show up in the fossil record today?  It's not like every living thing that dies left a fossil.

How long does it take to make it unrecognizable leading scientists to become inventive with their opinions. 

This article likes to throw around long time periods, but imagine the bones came from the humans escaping the rising water of the Flood and their remains have DNA not as old as they think. What sells better to the public? "This distant biological relationship suggests Neanderthals had a long-term presence in the Altai region, the researchers said."

Since Neanderthals were human and not some separate species, I'm going with yes, they have Neanderthal DNA.  

 

We are all Neanderthals. 

 

The entire idea that Neanderthals were a separate evolutionary branch is incompatible with the Bible. The fact scientists say we carry Neanderthal DNA supports the idea these Neanderthals were human. Fully human.  Species cannot reproduce with a different species.

Are they guessing what part of DNA is Neanderthal? Oddly they say Africans don't have Neanderthal DNA. They want you to believe that for what reason?
