Hello Brothers and Sisters,

 

I'm not sure if everyone know this or not. Now when click on a video at JW.org and then click on the Download button you can get the transcript by selecting either Copy, TXT or PDF. No need to go to any other unofficial websites to get this information. THANK YOU to Jehovah and the Governing Body for making this text now available to us so easily at our Official Website at JW.org!

I think you maybe just use JW Web Add-on on PC.

Because I tried to open the video on Chrome Android and nothing. I tried to open as well on jw library app and don't see any upgrade.

 

 

 

But I use browser kiwi on my cellphone and the browser allow download extension JW Web Add-on and this working. But isn't upgrade jw.org

Hello brother, looks like you might have had an add-on installed, which is why they appeared. They won’t show up unless you have one.

I don't recall installing any "add-on" to my browser.  I use Google Chrome as my browser.  The text options appear for me.  I have to say that not every video has the text included in the file.  I went and tried the recent Feb Broadcast (AM-Part 2).  It works there.  Then I went and randomly selected the Memorial Morning Worship video from 2024 and it worked there.  See the pics below.
