What did Eve say..

Recommended Posts

after Adam said :

(Genesis 2:23) . . .“This is at last bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh.

This one will be called Woman, Because from man this one was taken.”

Maybe something like ...."OK, OK, cut the blabber, let me get this place tidied up.

Good grief call this paradise!":crackwhip:

What do you think?

I wonder if she asked about fertility tips? It sure did take a while before she became pregnant AND they were perfect.

Plan ahead as if Armageddon will not come in your lifetime, but lead your life as if it will come tomorrow (w 2004 Dec. 1 page 29)

Soon .....

Not sure if you were aware but women come with audio (voice) instructions on every problem that afflicts them.

I feel the problem is men don't know how to access it .

On the side of every mans' head there is a funny looking organ called ears in order to access the woman's audio you first have to activate the ears. :D

:D

On the contrary, the problem is men don't know how to shut this function off! :)

God created Adam and he was alone without a companion.

God saw that it was not good for man to be alone and he said to Adam, “I will make you a helpmate. She will be beautiful, she will take care of you and she will make you happy.”

Adam was overcome with gratitude. “God,” he says, “that sounds amazing. How can I thank you?”

God replied, “Well it doesn’t come for free. It will cost you an arm and a leg.”

“That’s pretty steep.” Adam replied. “What can I get for a rib?”

It's an interesting point. One I have wondered about before.

Here we have Adam waiting for his "mate" ( Don't really like to use this word but anyway)...

He said

This is at last bone of my bones..

So he must have been waiting for quite a while.

When Eve appeared I would imagine that Adam would be quite eager to

obey Jehovah's commandment... Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth

Being perfect, presumably there was no problem with fertility, and as we know many imperfect

couples have their first baby soon after the honeymoon so, why was it that Eve did not become pregnant sooner?

When we read the account of Satan misleading Eve, how long after her creation was it?

If Adam and Eve had relations pretty soon after being brought together then surely Eve

would have been pregnant fairly quickly.

There wasn't much else that they had to do I guess.

(Genesis 2:25) . . .And both of them continued to be naked, the man and his wife, and yet they did not become ashamed. . .

So did Satan mislead Eve almost on the very same day as she was created in order to prevent a perfect child from being conceived?

Or could it be that Eve actually was pregnant?

(Genesis 3:16) . . .To the woman he said: “I shall greatly increase the pain of your pregnancy; . . .

Was this the first time that they had intercourse after their ouster from the Garden of Eden?

(Genesis 4:1) . . .Now Adam had intercourse with Eve his wife and she became pregnant. . .

I find it a little confusing to think that Adam and Eve did not have some kind of intimate relationship in paradise.

What's your take on this?

Men are the hardest to figure out & they come with the empty box.Everything goes in one & out the other. LOLs.

Eve probably said at one point. Why did you go along & eat that rotten apple. Now you will blame me for the rest of our lives.:wall:

"It's a known fact that eighty decibels of rushing water is one of the most pleasing sounds known to mankind. On other hand, ten and a half days at sea is enough water for anybody."

Eve was feeling insecure one day, as women sometimes do . . .

Adam woke from a nap to find her poking him all over his chest and abdomen.

EVE !?!? WHAT ARE YOU DOING ? he exclaimed . . .

'Counting your ribs' she answered . .
