Hey Gary, with the new nook software update to nook, you are able to use google play and chrome browser. That might take care of the whole thing. No need to root it or add extra software. Dilemma solved lol.

Honestly though, interesting topic. Most dont always take time to look at user agreements. I have to hand it you for that. Im in insurance and when i realized how many people sign without looking or having explained to them. I started reading more. Most of the time i get bored to tears and dont read the whole thing, but it is good to do here and there
