I just saw the article on our site in the NEWS section. It is so great that the GB keeps us informed about those projects! I find that very encouraging. :thumbsup:

The say: "This complex will serve as the new world headquarters of Jehovah’s Witnesses"

 

I think they forgot to underline the word NEW as in NEW WORLD HQ???  :lol1:

I worked construction for over 30 years and much of it was in this type of construction. (10" post tension slabs)  For those unfamiliar with the method of placing concrete, the red boom is attached to a pump truck. The white boom is called a placing boom and is anchored to the floor with a pipe running through the building to a pump trailer. The placing boom is commonly used for areas or building that cannot be reached by a pump truck of which would include a wide building or a tall building.
