Some of biggest trials come our fellow believers in the faith .... just some of the many trials listed in the Bible
Fiery Trials - anger..struggles, persecution
Infirmities- physical limitations
Reproaches- Ridicule for our stand in the faith
Necessities- trying to make a living
Distresses- Emotional scars, disappointments
Tribulations- extreme pressures and major challenges
Temptations-lust, revenge
Paul lists most of the above in his life and his perspective on these issues.
2 Cor 12:9 "in order that the power of the Christ may remain over me like a tent" Jesus gets it, and covers us.
I think of Jesus telling his disciples that they would be sifted like wheat ....the poor little wheat kernel sure gets a threshing and a grinding but it comes out the end as fine flour....

We all need an Abraham, a Lois, a Peter, a Sarah, a Jael ,a Rahab a Caleb etc in our life each one brings some gift to our life and in turn believe it or not…we do the same for others. I have met some great souls on this forum and it has expanded my list of faith inspiring brothers and sisters and you are one of them… your frank kind humanness is refreshing and comforting.

Well were I am at the snow started Nov 15 and hasn't left yet...probably another 2-4 weeks before it is gone.. the temperature has been above freezing during the day but drops to below freezing at night.
I don't mind too much the days are nice and bright and no overcast... spring will come and then I can get my hands in the soil and start my garden....We have about 75 percent now at in person meetings which is great I get to see everyone again...
Hang in there ...this too will pass.

Been there done that and almost got the t-shirt... and I am a locksmith..!
Ran quickly into the bank to make a deposit left the truck running....my dog was inside the truck and she decided to step on the lock button..locked all the doors, with my locksmith tools inside.
Red faced had to phone another locksmith to save me... lesson learned....and no one died...😇
