International Convention in Korea (5 epic pictures)

I received some pictures from Korea.

 

I HAD TO share them, that's way too epic !

 

They had these HUGE Bible as decoration in the stadium.

 

 

and if fact, it was not only for decoration... let's see...

 

 

Change the cover !

 

 

I know this soft grey color ! (Yes, Korea received the Revised Translation, their translators are quick, they are the first !)

But wait ! There is more !

 

A Bible is meant to be open, right ?

 

 

A pool !!! What about being baptized IN A BIBLE ? ^^ Ho yeah !

It's true Peggy, one of the things that has struck me during this Convention season is a point bought up in one of the early talks, that we can have confidence in the coming paradise because we are ALREADY in a spiritual paradise...

I don't know if I'm the only one but I'm struck by how momentus this year has been, not just the changes but everything, I don't know feels, exceptional. It's like the standards have taken a leap forward, the speed has picked up and the treats just keep-a-coming!! What an amazing organization we are part of, nothing like it on earth!

I wish I was there to video that baptism! I would hope to see some clips on jw.org in the future about that and other regional /International Conventions. ☺

True, Rosie! Looking back to last year, the yearly meeting where the new Bible was released, was the start of "the year".

That is one of the most amazing things I ever seen. But...I do feel sorry for those sat directly behind the pools, on the lower level. Talk about restricted view! I'm sure they wouldn't have minded though.
