This is Alaska.

 

Place called Hatcher Pass; it can snow here thru July.

 

The pass usually doesn’t fully open until between June 15-July 4; then closes around October 1st. So it’s only open about a couple of months out of the year

For once, hardly any cloud, hence no rain and no blustery winds as well. 

 

However, it is only 6am and the day has only begun.

it is around 100's everyday.  so for us it is really hot.  plus we have had some fires that make it hard to breathe especially for me because i have athesma.

It's very hot here (we're coming into summer) and we've been told that UV rays are dangerous (high health risks: cataracts, cancer, etc.). So we need maximum protection for our skin and eyes...

It's cold here 10.30 in the morning and 5% centigrade. A damp, penetrating cold today.

So, for those of us who still use the sterling system, that would be 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

98 degrees, weather alert predicted to reach 3 digits. keeping doggie in today. one window air conditioner in living room where i generally try to sleep dog, too.  i was cold all night, and shivering.
