Yes it is. It's another use of the term "peace and security". I imagine the major declaration of such could likely come from that organization in the future.

While it's a good reminder, Witnesses tend to jump anytime someone breathes the words "peace and security."  It's like we're all amped up on caffeine while "staying awake" and jumping at every noise.

well... the world definitely is getting shaked up;  and the stars falling from heaven sure is interesting right now with hollywood getting its taste of scandal.

The united states economic success right now certainly to me gives the idea of a cry of peace having some little bit of meat to it with the economy doing a little better.  The world seems so load with unrest and rebellion. another sign of fulfilling Jesus prophecy about the restless sea.... anywayz.  going by memory and not looking up the scriptures...dominos dominos are in place.
