Using JWLibrary for CLAM in IOS

IOS appears to lack the facility to view the nwtsty notes in the right hand pane when viewing the meeting workbook. Note the difference between Android on the left and IOS on the right. Is this recent? or

is it just a wait 'till update issue.

Not got an apple, but have you got the latest study bible installed?  Go to bible, then languages, see if there is an update.

It shows that its the study bible. 

Be sure the app and the ipad have latest updates.

I have an iphone, and it shows the notes! 

I don't have an ipad though.

I called my friend...  She gets the notes on her brand new ipad.

She sent a screen shot but its too big to upload here!?

The study notes show up fine on my iPad. Make sure the app is updated, as well as the publications, including the study Bible.

Everything is updated on my device but still, it does not show the study content. I don't know why thou.

HI Guri,

 

As I look at the picture on your post, what happens when you hit "ACTS 17-18" that is on the main page right under December 24-30?

Because when we first open the CLAM workbook, the right column will be blank and automatically state "There is no study content" because we haven't chosen any study content yet.  But if we hit ACTS 17-18 then it appears in the right column as study content. Try this and see what happens.

I am using an Ipad Air 2 with JW Library version 10.6.3 and IOS version 12.1.1 and it all works ok.

This could be it. Just got a notification about IOS12.1.1 this evening so waiting for that to install. I strongly suspect that will solve it.

And, alas, here is mine. Same software versions, but on iPad Air. (Not Air 2) ☹️

Oh well. I just have to go to the Study Bible proper.

( Actually, I use Android for my studying which is fine for me. This is for others who have Apple grief)
