I don’t believe everything the media reports in the news.
Today, they wrote about Russia sending drones into Poland.
Yesterday, Russia was accused of sabotaging the EU chief’s plane by jamming GPS.
Tomorrow, something will happen in the USA or with its allies—and will they accuse Russia again?
The media is manipulative and tries to control the masses.
Even the Governing Body advises us to stop watching the news all the time, because the media often lies.

I think, the attack by drones in Poland was stupid, and will potentially tip Trump towards supporting Ukraine more. This miscalculation can cost Russia a lot. Sometimes politicians with ego overplay their hands. Lets see what happens next….

Yes, either could be true.  Russia may not have plans to target Poland today. Tomorrow might be a different situation. 

 

The drones could have strayed into Poland due to accident or negligence. The drones could have been sent by a group wanting to implicate Russia. The drones could have been sent by Russia on purpose. 

 

We likely will never know.

I’ve not thought about this very much either, although Satan doesn’t know the date he can still read the signs the way we do and he certainly knows prophecy

19 drones do not stray. (One …two…. maybe yes) The whole discussion here on the media is about it. Russia is testing NATO resolve. KOTN is getting more aggressive. Drones were examined and they are not Ukrainian etc.. they came from Russia and are Iranian type either produced in Iran or Russia (Russia produces Iranian style drones) For them to be sent by another group is unlikely… but anything is possible.

Few days ago cruise bomb struck government building in Kiev …. Russia denies that as well. Nobody else has those advanced Russian missiles so only Russian military could do that. Looks like there is a liar somewhere…call it media, KOTN or something else. But the truth is liberating knowing how this ends.

I remembered Joe Biden accused Rússia blew up his own Nord Stream gas pipeline, hundreds of newspapers reported this.

Someone here at that time belied in that declaration of Biden?

During Great tribulation some chose ones will be deceived because they will believe on Media.

I only saw it repeated on some yahoo news channels so not sure what the deal is; why it isn’t more mainstream. But I also didn’t see any articles refuting the info. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The news we get in this country is heavily censored. There was some awful thing that happened in a prison, with the US involved, in another country. Had to do with torture. . I heard it on BBC, and wondered how long it would take to get out. Because I knew it would be sensational. And it was. 

 It was not good news for the US, at all. Discussed for weeks. 
This France thing? Depends on the motive of those in charge. If it helps them, all okay, if not, hush, hush, hush, until it takes on a life of its own. Then it will hit the news.

When it comes to news coverage we need to be careful. Balance is needed. 
If you think about it even GB watches news and based on that produces “Watching the World” articles or other timely features. 
They watch current affairs and without news media that would be impossible. 
So balanced view on media news is needed and discernment.  Saying that  media spreads only lies goes bit too far.

That’s why, when I watched the video, it felt like seeing the Great Tribulation from the point of view of someone in the middle of looting and mass protests. 😬😬😬

 

People were doing whatever they wanted—without any regard for laws...

Not saying i'm modeling what he does in my preaching work (Especially because it was something i did BEFORE seeing what he did), i'm saying that how i approach things is similar to how he does it. It's like if you're like "Oh i follow a recipe the same way as someone else.". People approach things differently and sometimes the same way. There is a proverb that we did a few weeks ago about how to handle fools. Proverbs 26:4-5, there are TONS of people out there witnesses and not that follow this. Getting people stuck on their own stupidity is biblical advice, that's what he did with his debates (And why people hated him)

A current example. A CHRISTIAN (baptist) friend of mine (orange) vs me (me). She's saying he was bigoted, i asked how, she mentioned how, so I'm using what she used and questioning her. I'm simply asking her, why does she believe why does hating what God hates make you a bigot according to what she says.

I appreciate you sharing that @Ostria. I think we really need to be careful. Those that claim to represent God in this way are also very political. It's really hard right now to separate the 2. They feel the answer in a moral way is to support a political party.  That view in itself is not our view. Jehovah has a kingdom and it's not part of any of this even though some of what one party may seem more righteous, the other side may seem more accepting of peoples way of life. I just stay quiet.

@ChrisW There has been a strange movement where EVERYTHING has turned political (I'm not saying this is right). I've ran into people that even said that Jesus himself was political because of how he preached. They consider it a political stance.  Even to some reading a bible is considered political. I have an aunt that hates that we don't vote, when i tell her that this world isnt part of the heavenly kingdom, she responds with "Jesus wants us to look after each other right? So voting to protect people is what we need to do. If you don't vote, you're not protecting people, thus you're not doing what Jesus would want you to do."

 

There's also a movement where common sense is considered hate speech and is political now. A boy is a boy, a girl is a girl is now political and hate speech. If you use the Bible to back up how you feel/believe it's considered hate speech, whether you're 'political' or not, you're going to be tossed in the same pile as a republican because you believe in the Bible in the outside world. Political neutrality doesn't exist in Satan's world, if you say you're politically neutral you will be deemed as heartless and several other unsavory things (I'm not saying we cant/shouldnt be politically neutral, but when you bring it up to people, it tends to be shunned quickly, and even to the point being politically neutral IS political). Having no stance on politics is political.
