Popocatepetl Volcano in Mexico erupted spectacularly last night.

Here is a song that came out in 1969 about earthquakes in west coast. I heard it on a parody radio station called Dr. Demento  many many years ago. I'm surprised I found it so easily.

A 4.4 quake hit in Decatur, Tennessee on Wednesday about 4 am and felt as far as Atlanta and the Carolinas..

I noted a lull in 6+ earthquakes for a while. Build they are becoming more frequent again. Happily mostly in the sea with no loss of life.

The 7.3 earthquake in Russia has caused a tsunami warning, er threat to be put up.

I was watching when Dutchsinse/Michael Janitch forecasted that this event was going to happen at this exact spot.  Whether the quake caused the blast, or the blast caused the quake, Dutch figures it was probably 6.0 or greater magnitude.

Devastating isn't it ??  222 was the last figure from RSOE EDIS of those killed. (BBC now says 220 and aq further 843 injured. 

Plus there is also the destruction to buildings etc. I'm sure there will be further changes to these figures.

This reminds me so much on the Hawaiian volcano. I wonder how this one will ruin the lives of those living nearby.

Mt Etna volcano is causing multiple Earthquakes causing folks to panic. 

 

World wide there is quite a number of volcanoes that were quite starting to rumble.
