Hello,

I can confirm that about a year ago Russian`s JW`s has allowed to witness from house to house.

They can start on appartment 1,2 in one block house, then move to 1,2 the next block house and so on...

This is much difference on territory occupied by Russian troops:

Witnessing is allowed when:

1. You know the people

2. People treat well to you.

3. People treat well to JW`s.

If any from above is not true, witnessing is banned
