What are your favourite things in our new book?

 

I’ve noticed the opening pages (A Letter From the GB) quote from Revelation. I listened to the last chapter, which is about John, and has a remarkable illustration of the apostle seeing into heaven as Jesus casts the demons out, and John is writing it all down. Amazing!

I flipped through every page and while not reading it I can say I’m so impressed with this publication. There are a lot of great things about it but one thing that stood out the most are absolutely spectacular full-spread illustrations, 7 if I’m not mistaken. There’s one starting each section and one inside of one chapter in each section and the most stunning of all is the one in summary depicting new world. I guess it’s because of the brother making pizza pie 😅

Better question: Do any of these faces match the biblical figures shown earlier in the book?

 

If I was making this book, I'd have a bunch of them in the Paradise pics in the 'epilogue'.

The branch bros and sis are all fan of your books, I can see Biggs, Kit, Alec, Nick, Rachel, Isobel...  It's sure !  

(I check with the previous character, the different close and the image quality make it difficult to identify any of them)

Yeah, I found it very interestinf that they quoted Revelation 2:10, as we have to keep on the watch and know that as the brothers in other countries are facing opposition, we could very well be in their same shoes in the near-future. It made me think about how important it is to have a strong spiritual routine now before we feel the 'heat of persecution'.
