I knew it was going to be about money, the suggested presentation was in the August KM.  :)

I was read the "Help for the Family" article.  Was that a hint?

I'm sorry... :)

Excellent magazine. I look forward to offering it with the WT in Sept.

That was a good article. I personally don't have a problem saying "I'm Sorry" to my wife, I do it all the time.

"I'm sorry you were wrong"

"I'm sorry you weren't listening"

"I'm sorry you didn't tell me that cookie was yours"

just kidding....

:D

Thanks for the examples. I now see that 'I am sorry that I went to the game instead of cleaning the garage' is not the correct way to apologize. I will change this to 'I am sorry I didnt clean the garage; And I am sorry you missed such a great game.' Much better.

I'm sorry you feel that way... :)

Did the article mention anything about a real apology requires dinner and a bottle of wine?

Yes! But in my copy it was written in pencil. Quite odd how the Brothers are doing things these days.

That's funny, my wife's copy has that written in pencil too. She made sure I saw it.

Enjoyed these comments.  My dad had to apologize to a brother once and he said "I am sorry you heard what I said."  And the brother accepted the apology in the presence of other elders and they went on about their business.
