Transportation in New World

Recommended Posts

Sheep is the best. i think hover craft can be improved to be reliable and quiet. Use solar panels on the top surfaces to power the motors. Then use a small rotor generator on each lift turbine to put power back into the vehicle. My uncles developed a motor I know will work. Just need a 12 volt battery to start it going and it could produce 4 phase power enough to run a hospital. They were sitting on a gold mine and farted it away. Opened their mouths at the wrong time and ticked off too many investors. Now they are up to their eyes in debt and not a pennie to their name. So sad.

But I know where it is and I know with Jehovah's help it can be made to run and sustain a constant power flow. We could do so much with it its scary. Clean energy for everyone.

First thing I would do is take it to bethal and get help to get it working. They kept having it blow control boards blow out on it.

Where or when did I say I insisted on horse and carriage .... I believe my post indicated that ones who insist on that mode may have to rethink it.

He was teasing you. He was saying there is nothing wrong with your choice If you want to use horse and wagon instead of aircraft...

Personally, I'd love to have a New System equivalents of current transportation. I'd like to have a scooter or motorcycle, however that wouldn't always be practical. A car or truck would be necessary if it rains after Armageddon (). Boats, trains and planes would be nice for longer trips.

Of course a jet pack would be nice...:lol1:

In another thread did I not mention that I would like to travel by steam locomotive?

I have nothing against moving forward .... having modes of transportation that exceed what we have now ... I, personally, just do not want to be "required" to do it in the air - I don't like heights

Sorry sorry, sorry... I made a general comment, not applying to you personally. It was a kind of joke that's why I used the smiling emoticon. Sorry it was a failed joke.

I think this is the best transport idea ever. Enlist help from the animals to aid our travels. Not only horses and camels and the usual ones, whale drawn boats maybe, dolphin drawn jet ski type things. I wonder if enough eagles or albatross could be persuaded into harness for air travel???  :whistling:

I don't know.  For me, most would be too slow.  They're not domestic animals so training would be problematic - as well as their need to deep dive fairly regularly.  Eagles & albatross are not flocking type birds so even if they were actually strong enough to fly with hundreds/thousands of pounds of humans & required seating, etc., changing their natures from independent birds of prey to actually cooperate with each other and human direction in a way they weren't created for.

I believe apart from a good horse, mechanical vehicles will continue to be a great way to get around.

Why travel at all? Why not simulate it with a good old Star Treck Holodeck “recreational room” where we get to take a break from the mundane and interact with holographs of all the resurrected prophets of old and other biblical characters. . . . In any country or time period of the world. . .

. . . . well, its a bit “out of this world” but then . . . with God, all things are possible!

Well, given the choice, I would prefer to interact with my "real" friends and the "real" profits of old - not holographic characters :nope:

Me too, if that were possible! But given that travelling to meet them on foot might take years. . . . and that they are gonna be in huge demand by everyone. . . . maybe just a little holographic snippet in the meantime, hey. . . .?!  😆

Why travel by foot  since there should be much more efficient ways to travel that will be much quicker?

Dunno!! Sorta figured that’s what Jehovah gave us feet for, I guess! 🤪

Heh, if I can't even travel in the new world, I might as well stay here. I'm already looking at pictures of places where I'm not. 😕

I think it is fascinating how quickly the descendants of Noah  advanced after the Flood. Within just a few generations they were building great cities and empires. If they hadn't rebelled against Jehovah, who knows what they would have been able to accomplish in a very short time.

It seems reasonable to me that the Armageddon survivors will be able to do the same thing. Plus, the survivors will be healed, healthy and have help. I can't imagine that we will be limited to walking and using pack animals...

Yep, very few generations.  Wasn't Nimrod Noah's great grandson?  And his exploits are just the ones we heard about.  No telling what the other kids were up to regarding building and progress.  I think we'll be living and moving okay  :)

I seem to recall someone mentioning how much man can accomplish when he puts his mind to it ...

(Genesis 11:5, 6) 5 Then Jehovah went down to see the city and the tower that the sons of men had built. 6 Jehovah then said: “Look! They are one people with one language, and this is what they have started to do. Now there is nothing that they may have in mind to do that will be impossible for them.

Since we may very likely have only one language in the NS - well, you see what it says

That was what Nimrod & Co. did WITHOUT Jehovah’s seal of approval. . . . so I guess you are all right, there will be no limits, except those put in place by the New Government. I guess laws & restrictions will have to apply in order to ensure we don’t ruin the planet and endanger God’s plans a second time - hence the new scrolls. ( I may concede to upgrade from feet, to a solar powered bicycle, based on this knowledge! 🤣🤣)
