House feature : the view

This "feature" topic is not about a general "type", but more about a precise feature that you find very important for your personal taste.

 

This one is definitely in my toplist : the view... the landscape... what do you see from the window or better, your gazebo.

This is a good one for me, just a little bit uphill, view on the sea, some hills/mountains, and many houses of the friends so I can say hello and wave to you guys  

 

Also, this is a nice house, rocky walls but quite modern.

 

 

No need to be too big.

I like this a lot BUT, I'd like more trees here. More shadows, summer looks hot.

What is the landscape that I like? Something just a little bit uphill in a hilly area... why?

I'll answer that at the end of this post  

 

Here is a nice house in my bookmark (Source).

Ok, the roof is weird... I don't like it.

 

But the point is the view (bad weather)

Sea + hills = perfection

 

I need my nice sunset with my feet in the pool and a beer in my hand  

 

So, to answer the question, I want a house with such a view to be able to see the friends houses and wave them hello from my own place, yeah, I'll bring you a bottle of wine  hello you, do you want to come to my place to eat tomorrow night ?

I don't like the shape and material but it's a good idea for the car... I'll see about my horse carriage in paradise

I'll have to search around myself but I have the same thought as you beautiful views also I just want my home to have a flat roof, sit or lay out and see the stars 🥰 I love the first home you posted. If I can have that with the view ofhome # 3 would be good! 🤩

Brazil has some nice landscape in general. The house isn't great at all, but the position is 10/10

Another one, from Japan, (Jehovah willing, I'll live in these islands in Paradise, I love it there).

 

After all these houses, looking at their designs, etc, I understood that the position, the view, is the most important point to me now. So this one is interesting : sea/ocean + hills in the distances. Behold !

It's been a while, here is a fine one from Costa Rica. I have mixed feelings with this one, if you check all the pictures, it has some features I don't like but, let's focus on the view, it's a nice setting.

 

I like the fact that the house is simple. Small (I would change "8" and "10" (see floor plan (last picture)) to make a bigger bathroom + a "walk in closet")

The sea is quite close, I can imagine going there in the early morning to picnic at noon... I guess it wouldn't take an hour to get there with a horse + wagon  

The elevation makes it possible to sea many houses from the friends in the distance... This is one of the most important feature I want for my house in Paradise.

Another one, from Spain (Mallorca), it's been a while  

 

It's quite classic

 

But it has an interesting middle section

It's been a while. I did not really know which feature I likes about this house, but I enjoyed it... It's in Medellin, Colombia, the city of "eternal spring". I guess the weather is nice (and so it has an effect on the isolation/design of the house).

 

But what I noticed first was this picture :

Positionned on a hill = nice view.

Also, green ! trees ! 

 

Grass is clean. House is rather "small".

 

I like the casual style, this isn't a billionaire mansion
