Eating Bread

I love the Swedish crispbread from the Wasa company in Germany.  *shrugs*

I love it for a lot of reasons, but mostly because I like the taste and texture.

The fact that each slice has only 8 grams of carbs doesn't hurt, either. :D

Hey Ross, looks like only 5 net carbs 

 

Not sure if the Soluble or Insoluble would be subtracted from that as well. 

 

Gonna have to look for that in Walmart.  LOL

Subtract total fiber grand from total carbs.

On Nutrition Facts food labels, the grams of dietary fiber are already included in the total carbohydrate count. But because fiber is a type of carbohydrate that your body can't digest, it does not affect your blood sugar levels. You should subtract the grams of fiber from the total carbohydrate.
