Oh this update is just for your teen! It’s very encouraging and also gives some practical things your teen can do to stave off the anxiety.....enjoy!

Not just for teens or kids. Many suggestions there are very good for adults as well.

How to find it on other languages?

You mean update video? Find the video on jw.org, and select the language in the lower language selection bar. The video may not be on your language, though.

Beside the point, but... The sister who did Darya's voiceover in English must have been Finnish. It wasn't a typically Russian voice/accent. I can recognize that thick pine forest accent anywhere 🤫 While having a strong accent she also did well with her good pronunciation which probably means she belongs/has belonged to an English (foreign language over there) congregation 🤔

When we do voice overs here, we don’t really bother with accents. They add no value in themselves.

The more accurate geographically, the better IMHO. Of course if the accent deters from understanding the spiritual food it could be an issue.

As a language aficionado I just found this particular choice interesting as there actually are a plenty of Russian-speaking brothers and sisters internationally who could be used for a voiceover with a Russian accent.

My impression is that it just becomes slightly silly. Of course we use brothers and sisters of Russian descent to do voiceovers, but not necessarily to voice Russians. Most of them don’t really have a very rough accent anyway.

Yes, I was applying what I could to my single status. Of course it was a bit sad not being able to chat with anyone at the "pause" sections.

I would've liked a couple of words to acknowledge friends living on their own (at least kids have a family, even if they're getting on each other's nerves). 😄 We're sort of the ultimate isolated ones... but we're making do, right?

Watched it as a family today. 😊

Jer 29:11-“For I well know the thoughts I am thinking toward you, declares Jehovah, thoughts of peace, and not calamity, to give you a future and a hope.”

Psalm 56:3-“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.”
Romans 8:38-”For I am convinced...”

As a single person, you become more isolated. Especially if you’re elderly, especially if you’re a man. It can be very difficult.

Indeed. Specifics on how to cope and how to help will be so appreciated. Acknowledgement is priceless 🥰
