It will be at 11 AM Kiev time - which is 4:00 AM Thursday, Eastern Time (ET)

 

A series of online conferences will be held on April 8-9 to commemorate the mass deportation of Jehovah's Witnesses to the USSR - News - Jehovah's Witnesses in Russia (jw-russia.org)

 

You may have to let the browser translate the JW-Russia story to English

The video I've posted above speaks mostly about Operaton North in the part of former USSR which is now Russian Federation.

The stream was about the Ukrainian part of the USSR.
