And growing up, in the 80s and 90s, the only time I really heard talk about the great tribulation, Armageddon.... was during a talk and the Watchtower study. No one ended mentioned anything in casual conversation. 

I was taught and knew it was a fact that Armageddon could come any day. But no one ever said that they can't wait for the end to come or that it looks like the end is near. 

I just noticed thet the great tribulation has been reminded many times on WT now since 2011 .. Now , we can see from midweek meeting , convention, and the frequency is more intense.. We need these encouragement because life is getting harder. and others are just hanging on.

As brother Glenn said in his comment, Jehovah will have a role in this, which is a major one as it is he who puts the 'one thought' into their collective heads to hand over their power to the UN. But in preparation for this and unbeknownst to themselves, the nations with Satan at the helm, are manoeuvering themselves into position ready for this act of God.

Brother Jackson doesn't actually say 'in unison' or 'in an instant' in the video, though he does say that it won't be a long drawn out process that takes a long period of time. 

 

However, looking back at Acts of God in the past, for example the Israelites leaving Egypt or the fall of Babylon, they certainly did happen, literally, overnight, so maybe ...... 

I believe it was Brother Jackson in past who said 'expect the unexpected'.

I believe brother Niel means the nations that Brother Jackson referred to 'as the ones that have never been a part of the 7 world powers' .

In my opinion ~ No.  Brexit was a referendum and voted by the majority.  I guess to reverse course, it would need to go through the same process and the people would decide.  Would the people feel differently?

Although Donald Trump refused to reveal how long-awaited direct peace negotiations would be established between Russia and Ukraine, he did suggest a possible venue for the meeting.

We don’t know. It has been speculated by some here that it will happen during or just after Rev 17:17 but before destruction of BTG. Still waiting for clarification 😃
