So, as previous stated we can drop speculations „Is this it?” and just wake up one morning to headlines: „All countries transfer power to UN” 😆😂😁

If this does eventually lead to them saying P&S then that’s great, we all know that the GT will start with destruction of false religion… BUT the saying of peace and security does still precede it let’s not forget that.

 

I just find it interesting that all of this talk includes Trump saying he has solved 6 wars etc and peace talks are also going on in the background regarding the Middle East

 

 What strikes me is that this time there is a huge security clause going along hand in hand with the peace efforts and this effort for security involves those who are also involved in talks for peace

 

 This just feels very different somehow.

What if the proclamation of Peace and Security happens, and at the same time, the ‘one thought’ also takes place suddenly?

I recently watched a 2 part documentary on Al Jazeera called ‘Praying for Armageddon’ . Caught my attention for obvious reasons😊

 

Idk if it’s because I’m a bear of little brain but I had no idea how deeply entrenched American politics (particularly republican) is with the evangelical movement in the US.  This documentary even shows Mr Trump in a Bible study meeting with his cabinet.  
The documentary maker even interviews some republican politicians who are waiting for ‘the rapture’ and affirming that they will be on Jesus side when it happens.

Idk much of American politics but it was really eye opening for me.

What I find interesting in the UK is that even though King Charles is the head of the Church of England he does lean into Islam.

Wonder what, if anything that means for how things unfold🤔

The current generation, born in 2000 and after, does not read the Bible, does not know anything about the Bible, and spends their lives playing video games, surfing the internet (social media), and studying for a job..
It's different from the old generation, when the majority of people read the Bible. 
So today's magazine needs to be reduced to a children's picture book.

Figures that the world is about to end just when Toyota comes out with a car that runs on water.

 

I can see the saying of "Peace and Security" and Jehovah putting the one thought into their hearts happening concurrently.  Perhaps the nations will use that as an excuse when they turn their authority over to the UN - Now all nations are under a world government via the UN and so now we will have unprecidented Peace and Security.

 I can see this in the history of our organization. Many in organization do know know our history. Yes, we have our up and downs through the years. Just like Jehovah's people in Bible times, they have their ups and downs too. too. Yet, we can still learn Bible truths and or history too.

If it isn’t happening gradually but suddenly then it’s even more important to be on guard so we aren’t surprised - just like heating up milk, you can’t lose focus even for a second.

Being "on guard" doesn't mean looking at every news article and jumping every time we hear someone says "peace and security". It means making sure you are watching YOU and that YOU are not drifting, getting materialistic or sleepy spiritually. It's just like what Jesus told his disciples...

 

"Keep on the watch and pray continually, so that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit, of course, is eager, but the flesh is weak.” Matt 26:41

 

Note: he wasn't telling them, "Keep on the watch so you can see when the enemy approaches." He was saying "keep on the watch so you don't enter into temptation."

 

He was asking them to keep on the watch of THEMSELVES not necessarily outwardly  - as in looking for an enemy or an event. 

 

Take a look at the context of every time we're told to "keep on guard" or "not sleep" or "stay on the watch" and you'll note the reference to looking inward not necessarily outward at some news event.

 

Edit: here's another example alt Luke 21: 34 “But pay attention to yourselves that your hearts never become weighed down with overeating and heavy drinking and anxieties of life, and suddenly that day be instantly upon you 35 as a snare."

 

What are we to "pay attention" to? The news? The world? Things going on around us? Or ourselves?

 

One more ... What happened to Peter while he was walking on water and he started focusing outwardly on the storm instead of his walking towards Jesus?

My blood family will NOT be on guard. I can feel it. They're actually spiraling worse deeper into Satan's system. It's pretty sad.

Before the 2024 AM it was all about P&S ~ 1 Thess 5:3.  That was the next thing.  No attention paid to Rev. 17:17 because Rev. would follow Thess.  Besides the fact that Rev, was not understood correctly as well.

 

Now, it's completely reversed, to the degree that 1 Thess 5:3 wasn't even a side point in the QFR. To say that zero mention of 1 Thess. 5:3 in a discussion about end-time prophesy is normal really underscores how quickly we adjust to new light.  

Of course, 1 Thess will be fulfilled. How, we don't know. But what difference does it make how, or even when?  It's all about Rev 17:17 now.

Don't you think this is more a case of we won't know which statement of "peace and security" referred to in 1 Thessalonians is THE ONE until after the attack on Babylon the Great?

 

So, we really should be looking for the attack on BtG rather than the cry of "peace of security".

 

Edit: and since it's all supposed to happen suddenly without much lead up, really looking for that all out attack has to be the main thing.

I think of the 10 virgins waiting for the bridegroom. He arrived suddenly and only 5 were prepared for his arrival. Keeping on the watch means being prepared, ready.
