Agreed because he has bankrupt about 6-7 of his own businesses. His crypto is mostly a failure. His wealth is from his daddy that got him started. He's not self-made.

Okay  .  .    Chapter 11 reorganization allows a business to restructure their debt while remaining open and keeping employees.  Chapter 11 assumes the debtor is more valuable to the economy as an ongoing entity than shutting down.

Creditors get to vote on the reorganization plan.  For the court to sign-off, it must be convinced the plan is in the best interest of the creditors. It involves significant court oversight.  A debtor is not permitted to file any chapter of bankruptcy if it can be proven they have been involved in criminal activity.

Yes, he always does.  He never liquidates he only reorganizes.  I worked for a law firm Schwartz, Tobia & Stanziale.  We were one of 2 law firms he used for the bankruptcy of the Taj Mahal.  I notarized his signatures in the oval office (thats what it was called) at our firm.  We worked for 2 weeks including weekends.  We were allowed to go home and cook for our families change our clothing into jeans and come back and worked till 2 a.m.

 

Schwartz wrote a book praising him and then later regretted it.  He moved out of the country.  He saw who he really was.

 

He asked his body guard to approach me and ask me if I would go to lunch with him in Europe he would fly me to and back on his private jet.  I turned him down.  He was not happy.

 

One of my bosses got upset because I didn't accept his invitation.  I told him "why don't you put on a skirt and you go with him"?  I gave him a Mont Blanc pen that Trump gave me as a consolation.  Like Really?
