Well, I have seen news conference and got different outcome.

Much was agreed on, but it since involves Ukraine and European security they want to present this to NATO and Ukraine before making further comments and statements...which is very logical.

Watching the press conference, I can't help but think of Daniel 11:27:

“As regards these two kings, their heart will be inclined to do what is bad, and they will sit at one table speaking lies to each other. But nothing will succeed, because the end is yet for the time appointed."

Time will tell what's really going to happen, but one thing is sure: the pushing is ongoing.
