Interesting, we may be close to "free" energy. That would be a global game changer if it could be done.

The main reason for that is the huge investments needed to build the facilities and the equipment, without any profitability in the short term. That's why development of that technology has been so slow for decades. However, China is already investing that money, and so is the European Union. We can expect to see considerable progress in the next decades.

 

Nuclear fusion is a clean and non-dangerous source of energy. That could perfectly be a source of energy we use in the new world.

If I'm right, it is not. I wonder we will learn from Fireflies? If I'm right, Fireflies released cold energy and Jehovah made that way. Who knows we might learn to use the same type of energy that the Fireflies use in the NW.
