Okay....:shrugs:

If everyone involved gets resurrected, then one day we may find out what really happened, if anyone cares...

In the meantime I hope we don't spend any time discussing our own opinions about what may have happened.

Huh? Did something happen?

I heard something about that some 30 years ago, or something back in the past. But now he is dead. So...? Because of that, he is acquitted of any sin he may have committed. (any sin.) Legally, he cannot be held accountable for any accusation that has ever been made against him. That's what "acquitted" means.

But, did he ever do something important? Huh? He played football?

Was that important?

I remember when this was going on. That trial was a BIG deal and there were a LOT of conversations about guilt vs innocence.

Ultimately, we know who decides that and I know we are ALL glad that we are not the Judge.

I feel sorry for those families who never really got any closure from their loss. In the New World all of these things will be straightened out. I sure hope it is sooner rather than later

There's a bit of controversy surrounding O.J. Simpson's book, "If I Did It: Confessions of the Killer," which many have interpreted as a roundabout admission of guilt. The book offers a hypothetical description of the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.

There was a lot of controversy around Simpson attempting to profit from the crimes. The book's publication and a related TV interview were initially canceled due to public outcry, although the book was later released by a different publisher. Judith Regan, the book's editor, considered it to be Simpson's confession. Additionally, the planned TV interview was to feature Simpson describing how he would have committed the murders "if he were the one responsible," suggesting an indirect admission Wikipedia.   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/If_I_Did_It:_Confessions_of_the_Killer  .

What innocent person would ever write a book how he would have killed his ex wife who he claimed to still love and an innocent young man? He was not a good man.....but Manasseh  wasn’t either.

If he had not been a great running back, his death would have never been noticed.  People die from cancer all the time and if doesn't make the news.

Plus, if he was in the same class like most of the poor people, he would been sent to prison for both murders too.

I think I read online that the rights to the book were given to the Goldmans, and it was in the republication of the book that the words 'Confessions of the Killer', were added.

You know I found one show interesting and informative and a real possibility of what may have actually happened... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Autopsy:_The_Last_Hours_of..._episodes

There is one episode about the murders and theory actually makes sense...season 3  we watch it on reelz

I may be tired and in pain :wheelchair: but I'll never   :surrender: to it just send some encouraging words or hugs  :kisscheek:  :encourage:  and I'll return the same   :kisscheek:  :encourage:

So what?  I do not understand why this would be of interest to this forum.

I can understand the interest. In a balanced way. It was the case of the century. Big star, double murder, mysterious (to some), besides isn’t this forum called : “secular news”?
Different people with different interest. :coffee:

For the same reason in 2007 he was part of a group that raided a hotel and casino to steal sports memorabilia from two dealers at gunpoint.  💰 🤑

FWIW he was quoted in the Awake! - 8 December 1977 edition - in the 'Watching the World' section at the back on page 29, the front cover featured the question: 'Divorce - Is It The Answer?' .....

Tsk. Tsk.

Ones may think this is heartless. This is one of those messes I had to live through, real time. My husband watched a special on that man. It was said he was guilty and the jury knew it. It was also said that it was a. “System retaliation”, for what happened to Rodney King. They let him off, on purpose.
Although I have gotten more details then I’d like from my husband, regarding this, I’m past it right all. I see headlines, shudder a bit, and move on.
It’s up to Jehovah to sort it out now. And, I’m so very thankful.
Moving on….

You know. As much as I love this site, this I realize. There are things brought up here that I’d just as soon give no thought to. Ever. It’s among the memories I look foreword to just being gone. Gone. Gone…

I want to age without sharp corners, and have an obedient heart!
