We started distributing this magazine in the assembly back in late July and early August in public places and in homes.

Was it a special and local arrangement, Brother Andrei? I didn't know that some countries could have a magazine even before it was officially posted on the web site.

Yeah, I was inquiring about a magazine that wasn't even on the site. Why was it authorized? The magazines for distribution don't have a month on them like they used to, just a number and year, so the local people can decide when to distribute it in the preaching ministry. The district elder also confirmed this.
