BREAKING NEWS | Two New Members of the Governing Body

 

We are pleased to inform you that this morning at the annual meeting of the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania, Brother Gerrit Lӧsch announced that two additional brothers have been appointed to serve as members of the Governing Body of Jehovah’s Witnesses: Brothers Jody Jedele and Jacob Rumph. Both brothers are anointed Christians who have a long history of loyal service to Jehovah. Brother Jedele began his full-time service in 1989 and Bethel service in 1990. Brother Rumph began his full-time service in 1995 and Bethel service in 2020. Both brothers served as helpers to the Service Committee of the Governing Body. We thank our heavenly Father, Jehovah, for raising up such faithful men to share in the work of the Governing Body. We pray that Jehovah will richly bless Brothers Jedele and Rumph and their wives!

I hope that isn't because one of the members here shared their link with someone. Once someone indiscriminately shares a link, they have no control what happens to it. It would be a shame to find out their poor judgement actually supported the apostates.

It wasn’t me because I now refuse to tell anyone on here I have a link until after the fact. 😂

 

But in seriousness, just about everything confidential regarding annual meetings and things sent to the elders are being leaked now. I don’t presume to know how things will play out during the GT, but my feelings are that we definitely have some among us playing a role. These will be revealed. 

We should all take care to follow direction in all areas of life. Make sure the counsel and info we are getting is based on publications from the slave and not on what elder so and so said. Practicing that now will help us to recognize truth, just like our recent watchtower explained, and protect us when things get dicey in the future.

We deplore the lack of confidentiality but there is no harm done.  The meeting wasn't 'secret' (160,000 people watched).  If opposers or even apostates watched there is nothing they can do.  There is no interaction between observers and participants and no interaction between observers in one location with observers in another.

 

We have several post hoping that someday we all could watch at the same time.  The program is in English only but if someone is new, is just returning or is on the outside looking in, the program is always 'good-news' and helpful.  So in total, if outsiders (friendly or oppsers) watched it live or in the rocorded mode right now...no harm done to us.

Unfortunately this happens every year, in fact a lot of things appear on YouTube and Reddit before even appearing on this forum which is the most 'omniscient' of the existing websites, forums, on Reddit it was said that a RELATIVE, someone who has a relative, does not If you know the degree of the family bond and don't know that this person is mentally removed from the organization, then it's easy, just look for who sent it to a relative and find out if that person is active in the organization or just warming up the bench at the Kingdom Hall. Also attendance was not that high, some had 30 people watching on purpose just to cause a direct affront to the organization, perhaps next time, the congregation will be asked to access a different link for their meetings or require other access methods to at least know who and where do they watch it, I've already said it before and I'll say it again, if you search on Google you'll find a lot of things, unfortunately the internet era is problematic, the pigs plunder the holy food, and the brothers are often sad because they don't have access, because That's right, I'm in favor of releasing the general link, because everything that is free is no longer useful for opponents to leak, everything that has an air of being prohibited will always be a target for the former brothers.

I agree. That apostates are watching and sharing something that is going to be public in a few weeks anyway is not going to impact anyone or anything in the organization, all we can do is shrug it off so I don't see any reason to be upset.

 

Jehovah is in control of everything, it's not going to stop his purpose.
