There are lots of apps written by and for Jehovah's Witnesses. When you go to Google Play type in either JW or Jehovah's Witnesses and there will be a plethora or them to choose from. Daily Text, NWT, Service, all kinds of cool stuff.

For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.

I'm trying to find a good app for keeping track of field service...

I used the one Vernalee posted which is very good and with huge amount of options and fields to enter informations

But if you want something simpler try this one that mimics our old service records

For me QQPlayer is a must have. I can download a tv show as an avi file - like US of Bacon, and watch it while standing in line at Carl's Jr.

Hey, have u seen there is a uTorrent app now?

I have used "TorrentDroid" for a long time to download TV episodes and movies directly to my Androids. But, I like Utorrent better and use it on my laptop. I'll have to give the app a try!

I love the language apps. There some good Basics.

Personally I like to be able to say at least a greeting.

In the ministry . Italian. French. Jap & Chinese.

"It's a known fact that eighty decibels of rushing water is one of the most pleasing sounds known to mankind. On other hand, ten and a half days at sea is enough water for anybody."

Thanks, Julius. I'm trying out Ministry Assistant and also JW Droid right now. My main complaint with Ministry Assistant is that the title shortens to Ministry  :censored: on my tablet icon. (I FINALLY got to use that smiley!!!) Anybody know of a way for me to edit the icon label to something else...maybe Min Assist?

I found an app to help navigate the NWT offline! It is called JW Bible in the Google play store...It is Beta and will have a note feature later..easy to find book and scripture..no wifi needed..free..download app and then select OPEN and it goes to jw.org and downloads NWT...There is a tab on home screen..makes it easy to listen to downloaded mp3 and read and listen at same time!post-2322-0-22255000-1372124874.jpg

My Transformer Prime came with Supernote. It's pretty good. Finger writing, typing, paint/draw program. The finger writing does not translate to typed text, but you can write large, and it makes it small and puts it in the right place on the page. No stylus needed. I think a lot depends on what type of device you're using, but I'm kinda new at this myself. Planning to take notes with mine next weekend at the DC. We'll see how it goes... :)
