SAN JOAQUIN, Calif. (KGO) --

A levee along the San Joaquin River near Manteca, Calif. was breached Monday evening. Mandatory evacuations were ordered near rural San Joaquin County.

Flash Flood Warning issued for levee breach on SanJoaquin River. Follow evacuation orders from local emergency officials!

The National Weather Service in Sacramento issued a Flash Flood warning in an area South of Highway 120 due to the breach on the San Joaquin River until 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Officials say the levee is near farm land and there are not many homes in the area.

Wish we had some way to acknowledge we care about a post, not just, "like". I suppose you out there realize that!

I agree, sometimes it's not appropriate to "like" something but yet still agree.

 

I also want to put in my 2 cents worth for a "Nice" button and an "eyeroll" button and a "happy" button

Incidentally, FEMA is at the Oroville dam site, preparing for, "eminent dam collapse". Horrible. Pray for our friends.

Preparation and expectation are two different things. They are preparing for the worse but everything is going according to plan so they are not expecting any issues.
