Ok, so Ivy and I get first dibbs! We get to go in the  outback 4-wheeler and you can drive us all over!! I want to visit all of Australia. Even the remote parts. I love desert, I love hot and dry, I want to experience all the animals (perfect of course!)

I have often imagined how it would be to live in your native country. It's my place where my heart is. 

 

Oh so what is Australasia?

Let's book the trip after resurrection ! I'll be busy till then ...  (can we take Moses along ? ) we are going to have amazing future !

I have to say that I love my drive into work in the mornings. Especially when it's clear. And we've had a lot of clear mornings this year. What a blessing. Here's a bit of what I get to see on those wonderful clear days. Enjoy my drive with me:

 

 

The last one shows Saddle Mountain, one of Oregon's popular mountains.

And no, I don't know how to set the date on my camera! HA!

If I were to take a wild guess, I would say that the last picture was taken from the Washington side of the Columbia River with Astoria's lights showing in the background. Beautiful picture.

You are correct Lynn, and it is truly a magnificent drive, 6 days a week. The sunrises have been so incredibly stunning this year I catch my breath. Seeing the mountains over Astoria and the hazy fog on the fields is beauty that makes me say a prayer of thanksgiving.

Yes Jehovah paints a beautiful picture every morning somewhere. I had the same feeling you expressed driving to Portland from the Salem area every morning for 18 years with Mt Hood and Mt. Jefferson in the sunrise.

You're so right. Those mountains are majestic. And the different seasons give it a variety of different appearances. These types of things are what impress me most, Jehovah's awesome beauty.
