Hey...It's no more a secret..I'll tell you..

For tapioca preparation:

step 1. Cut tapioca into small pieces and boil it until cooked. Strain the water.

Step 2. Grind scraped coconut, garlic pod, green chillies, turmeric powder and cumin seeds to a thick smooth paste.

Step 3. Add salt and coconut mixture to tapioca and keep in low flame with the lid closed for 5 minutes for the coconut mixture to cook.

Step 4. Once done, mix the tapioca with the coconut well and keep aside.

For beef preparation:

step 5.Take a pressure cooker and heat.

Step 6. Pour some coconut oil and put mustard seeds and some curry leaves.

Step 7. Once the mustard seeds start to splutter, add sliced onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute for 2 minutes till the onions get soft.

Step 8. Add chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala to the onions and mix well for 1 minute.

Step 9. Add beef, coconut cuts and small onions and mix well. Add half cup water and salt and close the lid of pressure cooker. Cook it for 20 minutes until the beef cooks properly.

Step 10. Open the pressure cooker and add the tapioca to the beef. Mix well.

Step 11. Grind coconut with aniseed to a thick fine paste and and add to the tapioca beef mix.

Step 12. Cook it for 5 minutes and add the beaten egg. Mix well.

Step 13. Finally add some fresh coconut oil and curry leaves over the top of this mixture and close the lid.

Step 14. DON't Keep it for ten minutes.....EAT HOT

Goes to show how we are all different ...

Even though it looks and sounds good, as soon as I read coconut ......

Well, I am not the biggest fan of that particular ingredient.

Well it's time to widen out Bro. John and think like a Circuit Overseer   :poke:

You can always use and substitute healthy plant fats such as Palm oil, Avocado oil, Macadamia nut oil, or plain old butter.

Also you can use Almond or cashew milk instead. And in baking you can substitute Hazelnut flour, Almond flour and try tapioca for thickening.

I LOVE this!

I took that picture while sitting in my car, stopped in the middle of the road. We were doing some rural territory which is really just some farms and fields on the edge of town.  There are a lot of small wineries in our area and there is a co-op next to this field where about six local wineries have a tasting room. This is the first time we have seen sheep in the vineyards.

Every once in a while I see a pic posted taken by ones in service, these have come to be favorites of mine. I have several copied, will add this one to my collection. Have a really big empty wall waiting for them. I'll post a pic here of the "Blessings of Service" wall when it's done.

Plant life amazes me. Last year I grew 2 brussel sprout plants. They were amazing. A lot of brussel sprouts on them. In the fall I didn't pull them up, did chop one in half but just let one grow all winter. A bit ago I saw new growth from the stalk. COOL! It's going to seed apparently, I think it's beautiful. I'll let it keep going until it dies.

I was in the territory today and I had to stop and wait for a peacock to get out of the road...
