As 2014 progresses the situation in the world sinks more and more ... I wonder how this year will end ? Is Satan behind this all like in the year 1914 ? I think for sure .... Something is cooking in the air ....

Oh no!!!! I never even thought of there being a Kingdom Hall there!!!! Okay I have to admit that just freaked me out...  Thanks so much for keeping me updated on the current world events. It's so easy to get caught up in what's going on in your own area that you forget things outside of your own territory....

Pope Francis telephoned Israeli President Shimon Peres and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas Friday to express his "very grave concerns" over the conflict in Gaza, the Vatican said.

The pontiff, who hosted a prayer meeting with the two leaders in the Vatican last month, called on all sides to work for an end to hostilities and for peace and reconciliation.

I agree with Dermas. It feels like something is coming. A lot of talk about peace the last weeks from different places around the world especially since the plane crasch in Ukraine yesterday. Today Turkeys prime minister Recep Erdogan said that Israel is a threat to World peace. More and more articles about that we need peace.

Over 1000 rockets fired by Hammas to Isreal over the last few weeks. Israelis running to bomb-shelters from work and school when sirens go off.  There seems to be no human answer/end to this tit-for-tat firing at present.

When we went to Israel a few years ago the Bethel in Tel Aviv had been fire-bombed. The bus that drove into the Bus-station in Tel Aviv before us was blown-up. After we left our hotel in Netanya in the Sharon region, it was bombed. we watched our restaurant get blown out on TV news and I worried for the Palestinian staff we had go to know. Beautiful country, but too many armed angry people on both sides, just like conflicts elsewhere.
