Have you ever wondered...(funny stuff only)

I like your post, Chris. I know this isn't funny, so please don't bump me from this thread. However, I think words and names can take connotations after being applied. Job may have simply meant hard working, and over time came to imply 'patient' and 'object of hostility.' The word 'impetuous' may have been influenced by the name 'Peter,' or Simon's name may have been expanded to include an adjective that fit his personality. I know all word roots are not completely searchable, and not all secondary understandings have been recorded. This is conjecture. Shoot me now, etymology haters. :gun-toot:

You need to get acquainted with Sheldon Cooper. I am sure the conversation would be fascinating.

My poor attempts at levity are called "Shut up, Pauline!" with back ground groaning. A least I've never been accused of practicing levitation (yet).

You actually had a few funny posts there. But someone else started doing the logic thing.

I'm trying to figure out how you resurrected a 6 year old topic. We have a prophet among us! 🤣

For a while when I was very, very young, I thought my name was Jesus Christ! Every time I did something, my father would exclaim "Jesus Christ, look at what you have done!"

Even now at work, I am also revered to as "The Miracle Worker".

I may happen to be born of Xmas eve, but I definitely not perfect human. Just ask my wife, she has recorded 21 books of what I have and haven't done, and she starting her 22 book.

We are told to always expect the unexpected.

But if we expect the unexpected, does that not mean that the unexpected becomes the expected?

Unless expected is unexpected? LOL :lol1:

Have you ever wondered what you would get if you combined an oxymoron with a genius sheep?

No, that's not possible.

Genius sheep wouldn't get involved with oxymoron ...LOL 🤣
