Funny thing was, this sister and her family used to take the toilet paper from the Kingdom Hall! The BoE at the time had to store the spare toilet paper in the boot of the car for each and every meeting. Also too, their son used to wash and detail his cars (he used to buy second hand cars from the city, clean them up and then resell them in the country) at the Kingdom Hall, and it stopped when we got a very high water and electricity bill, as I then started monitored the water and electricity meter each and every meeting.
