If I feel like over eating, I watch a short video of "my 600 lb life" followed by a short of "Dr. Pimple Popper." Was not a fave saying, until my infusion center started downloading a bag of steroids before anything else they do intravenously (to prevent anaphylactic shock.) ...and is beneficial for a little....

Online videos of (medical) tv shows, guaranteed to kill your appetite. Your English seems very good. YOu can look them up online and just view the video. As for the steroid part, they increase one's appetite, but that's just a side effect. They also are intended to prevent a person from dying, due to severe allergies of next substance that they are going to insert intravenously. Anaphylaxis can also be triggered by things that are inhaled or ingested.

Sir William Gerald Golding (1911–1993) was a Nobel Prize-winning writer best known for his 1954 novel Lord of the Flies, about a group of British schoolboys who become marooned on an isolated island after a plane crash and attempt to govern themselves, with disastrous results.

He did indeed once proclaim that women are "far superior [to men] and always have been."
